Job Summary

In this position you are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Depending on the industry warehouse workers perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
• They operate powered industrial trucks or forklifts to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, trucks or storage facilities. 

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. 
• Be able to lift 50+ lbs
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required
