RedCap Staffing is curently hiring Warehouse Associate for a leading air compressor manufacturer in Northwest Houston, we are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals. This position is ideal for individuals with experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. The successful candidate will assist with general warehouse operations, material handling, assembly support, and maintaining an organized work area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with assembly and production support as needed
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facility
• Load and unload trucks
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean and safe
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and power tools required
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Must be able to pass a drug screen pursuant to local, state and federal rules

Preferred Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience working with industrial equipment or manufacturing processes
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Basic inventory and shipping/receiving knowledge
