Do you have experience with TIG welding? Are you looking for a new position that will allow you to develop your skills and grow? We are looking for a TIG Welder who can meet company workmanship standards. Performs TIG Welding on aluminum and stainless steel on flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions.

Duties include:

• Read and interpret prints, drawings, product documentation, and producing product meeting industry welding standards
• Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers
• Verification of weld according to the customer specifications and company's workmanship standards
• Clean and maintain welding equipment, maintain a clean organized work area ensuring equipment is in good working condition. All safety features/precautions maintained
• Must have ability to receive and maintain operator self-inspection stamp to meet quality expectations of the customer
• Notify management and/or quality when corrective action is required
• Verify operation steps indicated on the job traveler have been signed off through the manufacturing process
• Complete job travelers, ensure job paperwork follows parts through manufacturing process
• Enter labor into manufacturing system via barcode prior to releasing product to the next position
• Responsible for the quality and adequacy of own work
• Adherence to the company's personnel policies & procedures

Ability to follow instructions verbal and or written

Maintain accurate and complete records

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours

Lift 15-20 repeatedly with maximum lifting of 50 Lbs.

Education/Experience

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent, Tech School Certification for Welding with at least 1 year minimum experience
