1st shift 7-3:30pm

Prepare, package & label product to protect and prevent damage and to ensure prompt customer delivery. Checks

receipt of incoming product for product identification (skid id tags, stamps, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Prior to packaging the product for shipment:

o Verify that ALL previous operations have been signed off.

o Visually checks product coming into shipping for any obvious damage; scratches, dents missing

silk-screening, labels, etc.

o Notify the area Manager and or Quality when corrective action is required.

Package product according to customer requirements, documented instructions or when no documented

instructions are available, package to protect the product from damage during transit.

Maintains a safe and clean work environment.

Complete job travelers and ensure job paperwork follows parts through the manufacturing process.

Enter labor in to the manufacturing system via barcode prior to releasing product to the next operation.

Responsible for the quality and adequacy of own work.

Adherence to the Company’s Personnel Policies & Procedure

Lifting capabilities 15-20 lbs. repeatedly with maximum lifting of 50 lbs.

Range of Motion: Bending, walking, reaching
