Job Description

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, and managing the kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes, and maintaining sanitation standards. 
 
Key Responsibilities of a Chef:
  • Food Preparation and Cooking:
     
    • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences. 
       
    • Ensuring dishes are of high quality in terms of taste, appearance, and presentation. 
       
    • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. 

     

    • Kitchen Management:
       
      • Overseeing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup. 
         
      • Managing inventory, and controlling costs. 
         
      • Ensuring proper equipment operation and maintenance. 
         
         
         
        Other Duties:
         
        • Maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen. 
           
        • Collaborating with management. 
           
        • May also be involved in catering events or providing culinary instruction. 
           

Job Requirements

Must have current/valid ServSafe certification.
