Job Description
- Food Preparation and Cooking:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensuring dishes are of high quality in terms of taste, appearance, and presentation.
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Kitchen Management:
- Overseeing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup.
- Managing inventory, and controlling costs.
- Ensuring proper equipment operation and maintenance. Other Duties:
- Maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborating with management.
- May also be involved in catering events or providing culinary instruction.

Job Requirements
Must have current/valid ServSafe certification.
