RedCap Staffing is looking for Assembly Line Production Workers for a local warehouse. The Production Worker is responsible for performing a variety of work-related duties in the production area. This position will work in a manufacturing environment in a fast paced, noisy environment. Duties include packing product into boxes, inspecting products for defects and stacking boxes onto pallets. We are offering a 6am to 4pm shift. Overtime is available for anyone interested. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test. Background checks are performed but this is a second chance employer with some exceptions.

·May perform some cleaning as well.
·May perform some assembly work as needed.
·Performs other related duties as assigned.
·Must follow all safety rules and regulations established by the company. Must be able to follow directions from supervisors and coworkers.
