Steel framing manufacturer seeking entry-level production workers for a long-term opportunity with an organization focused on growth. Responsibilities include training in all production-related job functions including machine operation, finished product packaging, raw material loading as well as assisting with shipping duties. Must enjoy a fast-paced environment while demonstrating the ability to follow work and safety rules.

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Following safety standards.
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Following production guidelines and specifications.
• Packaging products for shipment.
• Operating machinery and production line equipment in a safe manner.
• Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Production Worker Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial but not mandatory
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery is beneficial but not mandatory
• Able to work as part of a team
• Basic math
• Must work 5am to 1:30PM or 2:30PM to 1:00AM
