Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Packers / Warehouse associates for one of our Client in the Spring Branch area. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, scanning, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining warehouse organization and safety standards. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow procedures, and work effectively as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Scan products and labels using warehouse scanners
• Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL carriers
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Assist with inventory counts and quality checks
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and company procedures
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity goals

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
