The Production Assistant role is an essential part of our operation ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order production. 7am start time.

Daily Tasks:

-Using industrial equipment to mix, cut, enrobe, and wrap product

-Frequently use large sized manual rolling pin

-Measuring and prepping ingredients

-General cleaning up, including sweeping/mopping floors, hand-washing dishes, wiping/sanitizing surfaces, removing trash and recycling, etc.

-Hand packing wrapped product into retail boxes

-Performing other manual tasks as necessary

• Fine motor skills - placing and picking up product on conveyor belt, product packaging by hand, some hand-placement of labels
• Keen eyesight - product inspection for quality assurance
• Ability to push, pull and lift put to at least 25 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to receive and implement instruction
• Ability to work cooperatively with team-mates
• Strong work ethic with commitment to excellence and collaboration
• Ability to trust and implement established processes
