RedCap Staffing is hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber for commercial construction projects in Northwest Houston. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled trades person with a strong background in plumbing installation, blueprint reading, and site coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
• Work alongside contractors and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Perform welding/soldering for pipe fittings as needed.
• Inspect plumbing systems and perform necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Measure and calculate materials using basic math skills.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols
• Ability to read plumbing layouts and blueprints
• HVAC knowledge is a plus
• Welding experience is a plus
• Must pass a background check and drug screening (per state/federal laws)
