RedCap Staffing is looking for a part time office assistant. Duties will include accepting applications, inputting information into a database, answering phone calls, sending emails, and other office duties. Apply today to get started!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Greet and assist visitors and other staff members.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Knowledge and experience with certified payroll is a plus
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, making copies, faxing, scanning documents, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Work well in a team environment as well as working well independently.
Job Requirements
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Have a polite and professional phone answering etiquette
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and mannerisms
- Work well with others but can also work with minimal supervision.
