Redcap Staffing, a dynamic leader in the commercial staffing industry, is currently looking for a Market Manager for our New Biddeford Maine office. This position comes with a completive salary and bonus. $100K per year earning potential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Generating new business through outside sales
• Developing service strategies for existing and prospective clients
• Oversee and manage branch Accounts Receivables and Collections
• Manage and analyze branch financial statements to maximize profitability
• Mentor, coach, train and develop sales and customer service skills while providing leadership to branch team.
• Manage placement of workers.
