Commercial laundry seeking qualified Supervisors. The job requires an individual to display strong supervisory skills and lead a team of production employees to function at the highest level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare work schedules for production.
• Provide daily work assignments
• Monitor productivity records
• Monitor daily fill rates 
• Ensure a safe working environment for employees
• Actively involved in all divisions of the plant
• Continuously trains employees and leads on proper procedures as per their respective department
• Inform manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operations
• Identify and acknowledge outstanding employee performance
• Provide direct supervision to the laundry team leader, quality control team leader, washroom team leader
• Ensure linen quality standards as set by company guidelines
• Incorporating a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments
• Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate operational issues
• Continuously monitors the progress of all divisions within the plant to ensure proper level of production is met and maintained

• At least 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing. Linen experience is a plus!
