We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs on various equipment. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and enhancing productivity within the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on the machinery and building, as needed
• Must know and understand the emergency procedures in the event of equipment failure
• Repair equipment as needed due to breakdowns
• Responsible for overseeing maintenance of the facility and all equipment.
• Must work closely with production to ensure that all product is produced in a timely manner with the highest food safety and quality standards
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical work and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot all motor controls such as HMI's and PLC's.
• Diagnose automation components such as HMI, PLCs, I/O, VFDs
• Be able to identify communication systems on automation devices.
• Do basic programming of PLC's
• Design and implement ideas and innovations to successful projects to increase equipment efficacy, safety, and reliability
• Sanitary welding a plus but not a requirement

• High School Diploma or (GED) is required. Technical or vocational degree in related fields and bakery experience is strongly preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
• 3-5 years of related industrial maintenance experience is required.
