Job Description
RedCap Staffing of Portland is looking for Insert Operators for a local client. This position is responsible for setting up the insert machine and producing accurate work on a timely basis. The Operator must work successfully within tight deadlines and use problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Duties / Responsibilities
·Perform daily maintenance on insert machine to ensure it runs efficiently.
·Conduct quality checks throughout the insert run.
·Complete associated QC sign-off sheets and prepare accurate paperwork.
·Report mechanical problems in a timely manner through appropriate channels.
·Adhere to client confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations.
· Act as backup for fulfillment and belter during downtime or as needed.
·Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager
