Duties

• Safely operate company trucks and vans to transport pressure washing equipment and supplies to designated sites
• Set up pressure washing equipment and perform thorough cleaning of building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces
• Follow detailed cleaning protocols to ensure all areas meet safety and cleanliness standards
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and vehicle maintenance needs, reporting any issues promptly
• Adhere to safety guidelines at all times during driving and pressure washing activities
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies, ensuring proper handling of tools and materials
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed, including locations cleaned and hours worked

• Must be bilingual
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles is preferred
• Prior experience with pressure washing or similar cleaning methods is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures and quality standards
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively
