Job Description

  • Enter data into various computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently
    Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
    Utilize Excel spreadsheets to input and analyze data
    Type and proofread documents to ensure accuracy
    Assist with order entry and processing
    Collect data from various sources and compile it into usable formats
    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Requirements

  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Have a polite and professional phone answering etiquette 
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and mannerisms 
  • Work well with others but can also work with minimal supervision.
