Customer Service Representative completes clerical and administrative tasks for the office. Their main duties include welcoming and directing candidates, coordinating interviews with candidates and speaking with candidates and clients, and performing clerical tasks, like answering phones and responding to emails, assisting candidates in the application process.

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Portland, ME 04103 and Lewiston, ME 04240: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge, Excel, Word, etc.
Office Skill: Perform office task, scanning documents, managing folders, filling out forms etc.
Phone Skill: Ability to answer phones and make calls to clients and potential employees.
Interpersonal Skill: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and the people you work with.
