RedCap Staffing is currently expanding its workforce and seeking skilled craftworkers across various trades to support our customers' operations. We are looking for dedicated professionals who value safety, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship.

We have the following positions available:

- Construction Workers/General Laborers: Site preparation, debris removal and material management.

- Carpenters: Blueprint reading, framing, and fixture installation (3–5 years of experience or apprenticeship required).

- Electricians: Installation and troubleshooting of wiring systems (Journeyman license or apprenticeship card required).

- Welders: Blueprint interpretation and proven training.

- Multi-Skilled Trades Workers/Helpers: Versatile performance across electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks.
