The Carpenter’s Helper supports skilled carpenters with construction, repair, and maintenance projects. This role involves preparing materials, handling tools, and performing general labor to help projects run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood, metal, or other materials.
• Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks.
• Load and unload materials and supplies at job sites.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Perform basic repairs and assist with finishing work such as sanding, staining, or painting.
• Carry out instructions from lead carpenters and report any issues or material shortages.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must know how to use basic carpentry tools (e.g., hammer, saw, drill, tape measure).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
