Receptionist
Job Description
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional environment while managing front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting guests, and performing basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings as needed.
- Provide general administrative support (filing, copying, data entry).
- Assist with company communications and distribute messages promptly.
- Follow security procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
Job Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
