Branch Manager

Job Description
RedCap Staffing Managers enjoy working independently and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations and for executing the market sales strategy. This leader is generally accountable for the operational and financial performance of their assigned territory; for ensuring profit margins and revenue goals are achieved and other company goals are met or exceeded. This leadership position has full sales and profit and loss responsibility for the operation.
The Branch Manager supports, trains and develops the branch team that ultimately delivers the branch financial obligations.
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Oversees day-to-day branch operations.
- Trains and manages the branch team.
- Set performance goals and establishes performance expectations.
- Sources and qualifies sales leads, develops service solutions and pricing (within established guidelines), and closes new deals.
- Ensures orders are fulfilled and superior service provided to RedCap Staffing customers.
- Manages existing accounts.
- Develops recruiting plans and oversees recruiting efforts to ensure there is sufficient supply to meet customer requirements.
- Promotes safety through customer interaction, site visits and with RedCap Staffing temporary employees.
Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
- Management or Sales Management experience.
- 2 years sales experience – preferably in a service industry.
- Good communications skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
- Basic math skills – possess the ability to calculate figures such as rates, discounts, interest, and percentages
- Valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
