A Janitorial Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning and maintenance operations to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. A company car, cell phone and company credit card will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff and work schedules.
• Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Assign daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective action when needed.
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning machines and equipment.
• Respond to customer or tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and document inspections.
• Coordinate minor maintenance and repair activities when necessary.
• Manage budgets related to cleaning supplies and labor costs.
